If you knew the secret to muscle activation, would you try it? Silly 🤪 me, of course, you would – This is exactly what this 1-minute foot exercise 👣 can do for you—get you closer to activating your abs faster! ☺️

Here’s why: the core line starts from your feet. Solid and stable feet wake up the inner thigh muscles, and when those muscles fire at the right time, they support your lower belly and, eventually, your mid-belly, too. Who knew, right?

When you position your feet correctly, the powerful lift of your inner thighs and hip muscles helps you feel supported and confident as you lift your chest.

Take the Swan on the Box as an example —a powerful and elegant exercise. When you position your feet correctly, the powerful lift of your inner thighs and hip muscles helps you feel supported and confident as you lift your chest.

Try This Simple Tool:

Step 1: Starting today, grab a tennis 🎾 ball and spend just 1 minute each day massaging your feet 👣 before starting your day.

Step 2: Notice the difference. The key is paying attention! 💡 Once you correct your foot, you must pay attention to how you walk and stand to reinforce this new pattern (video) or muscle memory so your feet can keep it.

Step 3: Do your foot release before your mat work.

Today’s class will guide you through it—give it a try; you have nothing to lose but plenty to gain.

Once you’ve had a chance to watch today’s tutorial and tried the exercise, let me know your thoughts.

You got this!
