5 minutes Pilates exercise for travel

1 minute

Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

Hello from Mauritius

Do you ever feel scare that you are going to lose all the strength you’ve build when you travel.? I hear that from my students all the time. ” Jeanique, I am scared that I will have to start from scratch when I get back”. Don’t worry you won’t because here’s how to make sure that this doesn’t happen and it’s time efficient. I promise you if you do this 5 minutes exercise every other day or even everyday because why not, not only will you maintain your strength and flexibility but it will help you if your trip includes walking a lot, trekking or other activities that you love doing while you are away.

Get your mat and water bottle ready, find a quiet place or if you leave by the beach that’s a great place too and let’s get moving.

Do these 5 exercises, 1. The Hundreds for warm-up and strength 2. The roll-up – keep your spine flexible 3. The Single leg circle – hips, core, spine strength and flexibility 4. The Stomach series – single leg stretch – core strength Stomach series – double leg stretch – core strength

Remember that you can do this every day because it’s easy on the joints and the body. Once you’re done I would like to hear from you. How many times are you planning to practice during your trip?

Happy summer,

Jeanique
