Mat DiplomaEntrance Requirements:

  • Class and Lesson Experience: 15 hours of Mat class or lessons (Classical Repertoire)

Intermediate Entrance Requirements:

  • Class and Lesson Experience: 5 Mat, 5 Reformer, 1 Tower/Pole,1 Chair, 5 Privates

Intermediate+  Entrance Requirements:

  • Passing a Beginner/Intermediate (Level II) Performance on Reformer or Mat (Zoom or in-person)

Advance Requirement: 1 to 2 years of practice or graduation from one of our programs. 

  • Passing an Intermediate (Level III) Performance on Reformer or Mat (Zoom or in-person)
