When you’re feeling drained, movement has the power to lift you up. When life pulls you in every direction, movement can bring you back to your centre. This is the secret to lasting vitality—maintaining balance, even when you’re weary.

 

 

  • Massage your feet with a tennis ball x1mineach
  • Lift the arch of your feet  3 to 4 times
  • Pilates V high heels
  • Bend your ankles
  • Imitate running from the Reformer
  • Crunch your toes
  • Contract your feet

💡Tips: Start by lifting your feet in your footwork on the Reformer and Chair class to increase your feet dexterity, and you will be ready to do this exercise before you know it. Try today 7mins foot exercises.
