👣 Celebrating Our Feet & Wrapping Up October’s Focus!
I hope that our focus on feet over the past few weeks has brought some “aha” moments to your practice, helping to build a more unified movement and strength from the ground up.
As we close this month’s focus on our feet, let’s take a moment to honor all the effort you’ve put in. Every workout, every mindful movement matters—it all contributes to a better, more empowered you. This isn’t a farewell to feet awareness, though; it’s more like a “see you soon” reminder. Staying aware of how your feet carry you is a daily practice that supports every step you take—whether it’s running after toddlers, getting those golf swings right, helping your legs feel stronger, or making some Pilates exercises feel much easier, all the way down to the simple joy of taking a refreshing walk. I hope that you keep all these techniques we’ve discussed in class and through my videos in mind.
To complete this month, I’ve prepared a 30-minute flow because, let’s be real, there’s nothing like a good sweat! So grab your mat, and let’s move. This session will set you up beautifully as we head into November. With just eight weeks left in the year, staying consistent now means January will feel like a natural continuation of all the work we love doing.
