Hips Awareness to support posture and for more centered movement.

Woohoo! Are you as excited about the new season as I am? It’s that time of year again, and I’m feeling the energy of new beginnings. This week has flown by, and I’m thrilled to be back in my groove. Lately, I’ve been thinking about the skills I want to develop in my body this fall. How about you? What are you planning to focus on? Not sure yet? No worries—I’ve got a few ideas to help you get started.

Take 5 Minutes to Visualize

Pause momentarily and imagine how you want to show up for your practice. What kind of energy do you want to bring? How do you want to feel? This small act of visualization can set a powerful intention for your growth.

Identify Your Focus Areas

Are there specific areas in your body that you want to work on? If you’re already aware of them, fantastic! Knowing where you want to improve will make your practice more targeted and joyful.

Make a Note of Your Goals

  1. Once you’ve identified your focus areas, jot them down. Remember those goals every time you move, whether you’re a fan of sticky notes, journal entries, or mental reminders. This consistent focus will help you make steady progress.

I’m kicking off my practice today, focusing on connecting with the back of my hips. It’s my template for the entire session. What will yours be? Remember, every skill you choose to work on is a step toward a stronger, more balanced you. Let’s make this season one of growth and transformation!
