Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

The six months evaluation is the first milestone of The Pilates Center Teacher Training program. While It might sound or look scary, but it’s just an accumulation of six months of continuous works towards your personal practice. To be a Pilates teacher means first –

you build yourself.

You observe your own imbalances, what works, and what doesn’t.

May be something to be fixed but most importantly something to understand.  As you learn to observe your own weaknesses, challenges, and limitations, you begin to develop muscle for compassion that every teacher who’s serious about teaching Pilates should have.  Compassion begins towards yourself first, which can then gradually spill towards your students. You then realize that the journey of self-discovery has many hidden doors. While some doors are present now, some will only appear when you’re stronger and ready. Every single minute you spend exploring and rebuilding yourself, you gain new strength. And as you do so, a new door presents itself. This is a unique and unforgettable journey. Don’t miss that chance, because your full potential is only waiting for you.

Well done, Ji – 6 months evaluation ✅.

Advance Teacher Training & Intermediate teacher training. ..
