Day 17 - A Journey to a core discovery

The Pilates advanced scissors exercise is introduced in level 4 Mat repertoire. We are all working on something and the journey of Pilates is no different, it is still a long-term goal. I think that’s the reason I like it so much it’s because you never get to reach perfection because there isn’t. It’s a journey through the center to find deeper connections, openness, and awareness. You need to stay on open discovery mode all the time if you want to understand it.
