How to do the saw pilates exercise

Foundation part 2

The saw Pilates exercise is the first exercise in the foundation 2. We first learn the basic 5, and now we are going to learn the basic 10 exercises.

The saw exercise is a twist exercise, also known as rotation exercise.

Every exercise that focuses on twisting the spinal column helps to push out all the toxicity that gets accumulated in the body so that we can breath better. The obliques and transverse abdominal are the exhalation’s chief muscles; as they get stronger, they can push more air out, specifically the stale air with carbon dioxide, which needs to be removed so that fresh oxygen can flow freely into the bloodstream.

Tips:To breathe correctly you must completely exhale and inhale always trying very hard to squeeze every atom of impure air from your lungs in much the same manner that you would wring every drop of water from a wet towel.” ~ Joseph Pilates; return to life
