We all love spring, but it also brings all kinds of allergies and coughs, which sometimes turn into the flu to help cleanse the system. When this happens, we feel entirely wiped out. Yet, since movement heals, you know that as soon as you feel human again, movement is the only thing that can spring you back to life. But how much is too much? Today is the perfect video of mindful movement. You need to renew your cells if you have yet to feel 100%.
Remember, your body knows best. If anything doesn’t feel right, skipping an exercise is okay. Your comfort and safety are paramount.
