Pilates everywhere

It’s possible to do Pilates everywhere, and here’s how.

We all have our workout preferences like Zumba, yoga, weight training, running, walking, swimming, biking…, and whichever you choose, efficiency is critical for achieving your goals in today’s busy lives. But you also know that Pilates is at the center of it all, providing you with good form and a strong lower back and abs, and hence you want to add it to your already busy training routine.

Today, specifically, I am at the gym. I will show you how to seamlessly implement a quick Pilates routine in your gym workout.

To continue with the upper body strength, in today’s video, I teach two things:

The first is a magic circle series that will stimulate your upper body muscles and increase your breath capacity. If your days are packed with Zoom meetings, The Magic circle series is your friend to keep the neck and shoulders strong. It is my favorite tool because

  • It’s cheap
  • It works
  • It’s accessible and easy to use

And second, this video will show you how to improve your push-ups if you are still working on them.

Grab your mat and a magic circle, and let’s get it done.
