Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program 2020

DISCOVER YOUR POTENTIAL. EXPLORE YOUR PASSION. AWAKEN THE TEACHER WITHIN

The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program is both an online and in placement training that gives you the flexibility to train at your own pace.

How to get started

Meet us
Schedule a one on one Class

Step 1 : To be part of the Pilates teacher training program, you first need to book a one on one class, which will give us an opportunity to evaluate your level, strength to be placed in the right group class and prepare you for your evaluation. It will also give you the opportunity to get acquainted  and most importantly you will get answers for some of your burning questions.

Preparing for your evaluation
Practice regularly

Step 2 . To be ready physically for the Pilates teacher training program evaluation, it will take your body around 8 to 12 weeks minimum of regular practice (depending on your strength, age, history of injuries, fitness back ground). We recommend that you practice at least 3 times a week with a post graduate teacher from The Pilates Center or at our studio.
