Dear advance students and teacher trainees.

What an amazing year we’ve had in our studio – learning, exploring, sharing our Pilates practice together. Without each other we cannot grow, it’s what we share and contribute that makes us strong. There is a saying that no man is an island; that cannot be more true.

Coming together to learn as a team pushes us out of our comfort zone, and opens our minds.
