Traditional (classical) Pilates Signature class
We use Joseph Pilates’s original method, known as the Classical Pilates method, to help you embody the 6 Pilates principles in your daily life for:
-
Better focus and mental clarity to feel centered and grounded.
-
Stronger core and back muscles to be able to do the things that you love.
-
Better stamina, flexibility, and breathing.
Class schedule
All new students in our studio must first start with two private classes.
Joining Jeanique’s Pilates studio was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel great, have more energy, and no longer complain about those post-baby aches and pains. She also taught me to appreciate the power and resilience of the human body, which is a real gift! Thank you, Jeanique! You’re fabulous!

OBJECTIVES
COURES
A tour of our equipment
COURES
The Tower
Tower Wall Unit exercises are inspired by the Classical Cadillac repertoire of Joe’s Pilates method that will further challenge your endurance, stability, and mobility. The support system of the Tower utilizes a Push-Through Bar (sprung from below or above),roll-down bar, leg springs, and arm springs, allowing you to utilize and balance all your deeper muscles and work on underused muscles when practicing yoga or any other exercise discipline. The tower can also be done in conjunction with the mat so that the body gets a better understanding of which muscles should be switched on.
COURES
The Reformer
Reformer Pilates: Class is done on a sliding bed with springs attachment hence Reformer. The sliding bed move is unstable, which adds a challenge in keeping the core active.
COURES
The Chair
The chair allows for the adjustment of resistance levels through springs. It helps promote back health by teaching awareness of spine alignment and strengthening the muscles that support the spine. It is often used to help relieve back pain and improve balance. It also increases; strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stability. Combines with the Mat, you get to really understand the effect that Pilates was meant to have on the whole system.

What Our Students Say
With Jeanique Pilates became a way to achieve self-awareness of the body and mind and to connect between the two.
I was willing to learn from Jeanique because she is a teacher who pays close attention to participants who are serious and guide them according to their limitations.
Yelena is really good.
