Pilates summer Lazy workout
Lazy workout to boost your energy
Hey hey Kalimera from Greece,
I hope that you’re keeping well. After two years, we’ve managed to get out and get some air. My break is usually a combination of activity and rest. One of my favorite activities is trekking. Here in Greece, there’re many beautiful places to trek and hike. They’re all worth the effort. But because of the slopes and hills, new muscles get triggered in my body, and I get sore. This lazy summer workout helps me loosen up as well as support my hips and lower back. Give it a try and let me know what you think. If you’re around next week, send me a message.
Have fun.
