Hello, my name is Ji Eun Kang, currently I am a cabin supervisor for Emirates Airlines. I have been practicing the classical pilates for the past few years with one of the Pilates Center Graduates without noticing that it was the classical method and after trying other pilates way, I realised how important to know the Authentic pilates.

I decided to take the training to become a classical Pilates teacher since I experienced how positively this workout can change the human body and mind and want to share the method with others by keeping the original way that Joseph Pilates created at first.
