Hey, there, welcome. I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method and want to share everything I have learned so far and inspire you to continue your practice. Every week I share an article and a free video for your practice. Sign up and receive free Level 2 Mat Pilates Sequence

There’s no end to movements, and therefore there’s no end to bringing awareness to your Pelvis. But for now, all I ask is that you continue to lessen the amount of time spent sitting. Sure, we all have deadlines and nowadays many things require us to stay seated. But the health of your Pelvis is part of self-care; It’s your sole responsibility to move your hips as much as you can. But don’t worry, I have created a small routine that you can easily do in a jiffy.

Here’s what you are going to learn: Strengthening exercises for your Pelvis using the magic circle. It’s both standing and laying down exercises that can complement your existing fitness routine. You will also have two bonus exercises to make the routine feel more like a full-body exercise. And boom, you’ve done your part for the week! I trust that you will make the time for it :). Your spine, your back, and your future self will thank you for the stability and control that you’re going to get!

Once you’ve had a moment to go through it, let me know your thoughts.
