Use your focus for strength

Use your focus as strength as you practice towards reaching your goals

Hey, there, welcome. I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method and want to share everything I have learned so far and inspire your practice. Every week I share an article and a free video. Sign up and receive free Level 2 Mat Pilates Sequence

In 20 minutes today, you will:

  • Improve your mood,
  • Increase your breath capacity,
  • Improve your posture,

I wish I had this 20-minute mat practice in my early 20s and had not skipped strengthening my abs because I would have danced better and not feared that I might hurt myself when giving my 100%.

The middle traps need to awaken; use the hand’s position to challenge.

Nevertheless, implementing this routine in my practice is making up for lost time by helping me swim and cycle with ease.  I share this to show that it’s never too late to begin your own.

This transformative practice, knowing that it holds the potential to alleviate stiffness during travel, enhance athletic performance, refine posture, and alleviate neck strain from desk work.

Whether you’re contending with unfavourable weather, a hectic travel schedule, or unexpected stressors, remember that your practice can adapt and thrive in any circumstance. Committing just 20 minutes to your practice can yield significant benefits.

Don’t let the good ol’ illusion – “there’s never enough time, or I can’t do it that perfectly” hold you back. Embrace imperfectionPerfection keeps you weak, laugh at your missteps, and permit yourself to take breaks when needed; that’s the best way to learn and develop your skills. No one is scrutinizing your practice, and your commitment to showing up and investing in yourself matters. Envisions how you want to feel after your training and allow that vision to guide your efforts.

Let’s get it on!
